My boys and I want to honor Vin’s memory in meaningful way and help someone else at the same time . Vin loved baseball, and was huge Mets fan. Managing, coaching and mentoring players, especially his own boys, gave him great pride and satisfaction. Those who knew or played for him know that he coached not just to win baseball games but to respect the game and most of all each other. Vin gave many players the opportunity to play they may not have had on other teams. We are so proud and happy to say that we have partnered with the Generals Baseball Academy/New City Generals to Raise funds that will help players who may not have the means to pay for the tuition required for a travel baseball league and who otherwise not be able to play .
